家蚕体内的类胡萝卜素及其结合蛋白 被引量:4

摘要 类胡萝卜素是一类有相似结构的生物色素的总称,在生物体内有重要的生理功能.家蚕从食下的桑叶中获取大量的类胡萝卜素,并广泛分布于中肠、血淋巴、丝腺等组织中.类胡萝卜素对家蚕幼虫的生长发育有一定的影响,尤其是对幼虫和成虫的趋光性和视觉感光性的产生有重要的作用.同其它的生物相似,家蚕体内的类胡萝卜素也是和蛋白质结合在一起形成复合物,类胡萝卜素结合蛋白在维护类胡萝卜素的稳定、体内贮存及转运上都起着重要的作用. The carotenoids is a big family of pigments. They possess some general chemical features in structure, and have very important physiologic function in plants and animals. The silkworm absorb a amount of carotenoids from the mulberry leaves, and mainly distribute in the midgum, hemlymph, silkgland. As for silkworm, the carotenoids have some effects on the development of the larval, especially attach more importance to the larval and adult's phototactic response and visual sensitivity. Compared with other biology, the carotenoids in silkworm also bind with protein and form the carotenoidsprotein complex. The carotenoids binding protein play more important role in stabilizing the structure, storing and transferring the carotenoid in the silkworm. 
