摘要
利用摄动传递矩阵法 ,结合实验室的试验测试 ,对某电站锅炉给水泵转子的动力学参数进行识别。给出给水泵上的热装叶轮、轴套对转子刚度产生加强作用的具体数据 ,得到修正的给水泵转子系统动力学计算模型。把由修正模型计算得到的转子系统固有频率与实测的转子系统固有频率进行对比分析 ,取得了良好的效果。
The critical speeds of a boiler pump are very important parameters, and they are closely related to its structure. In order to calculate the dry critical speeds (in air) and the wet critical speeds (in water) of a pump accurately, it is necessary to know the strengthen effect of the elements on its shaft. A dynamic parameter identification method based on the theory of Perturbation Transfer Matrix Method is given, with this method and the test data that are gotten in the laboratory, the identification of dynamic parameters for a rotor of boiler pump is made. The increase amplitude in bending rigidity caused by the impellers and the axle sleeves on shaft of the pump is given. The modified dynamic model of the pump's rotor is obtained, and the natural frequency calculated based on this modified model coincides with the one that is measured in the laboratory.
