摘要
高速立式电机结构的特殊性使电机转子在动平衡中出现问题,结合从事电机制造与研发工作的实践经验,从电机转子动平衡发生的问题及临界转速计算入手展开分析,介绍处理过程及结果,供广大同行参考。
The speciality of the high-speed vertical motor structure causes the motor rotor to have problems in the dynamic balance. Combined with the practical experience of the motor manufacturing and R D work,the problems of the dynamic balance of the motor rotor and the calculation of the critical speed are analyzed for reference.
