原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤的外科诊治:附5例报告 被引量：4

摘要 为探讨原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤的临床特点、诊断方法及外科治疗手段 ,笔者结合国内外文献 ,回顾性分析 5例患者的临床资料。结果示 ,5例均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。迅速增大的颈部肿块为主要症状。部分患者可出现食管气管和神经受压或侵犯而表现为吞咽梗阻感、憋气感和声音嘶哑。此病的定性诊断主要依靠细针穿刺活检 (FNAC )及手术活检。治疗包括手术切除病变的甲状腺及放疗、化疗等综合措施 ,可取得好的疗效。
