摘要
目的 :建立康溃丸质量标准。方法 :采用薄层鉴别法对本品中丹皮、青黛进行了定性鉴别 ,并采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了黄芪甲苷的含量。结果 :薄层色谱分离效果较佳 ;黄芪甲苷在 1.0～ 6.0 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9996) ,平均回收率 97.5% ,RSD=2 .5%。结论 :所建立的方法准确可行 ,重现性好 ,可作为康溃丸的质量标准。
Objective:To establish the qu ality standards for Kangkui Wan.Methods:Cortex Moutan and Indigo Naturalis in this prescri ption were identified by TLC. Astragaloside was determined by double wavelength TLC Scanner.Results:Method of TLC are effective and reliable, determin ation method was linear at the range of 1.0～6.0 μg(r=0.999 6); and average recovery was 97.5%,RSD was 2.5%.Conclusion:The established methods is accurate and reprodu cible. This study provides a method for quality control of Kangkui Wan.
