摘要
选用氢化物发生一原子荧光光度法 (HGAFS)进行水中痕量汞的定量分析 ,研究了HGAFS法测定汞的各种影响因素 ,确定了最佳工作条件。在此条件下 ,仪器稳定性好、灵敏度高、检出限低 ,可以直接对天然水中的痕量汞进行准确测定。
The trace mercury in water were quantitatively analyzed with HGAFS method,the various factors of determination of mercury with HGAFS were discussed,and the optimal working conditions were finalized.Under such kind of conditions,the instrument has good stability,high sensitivity and low errors,and it can be adopted to detemine the natural trace mercury directly.
