摘要
结合国外体育院校的办学原则、结构和运行机制,探讨我国体育院校在学科建设、培养模式、管理和评估制度等方面的发展。提出学科建设应有特色,注重学生培养的整体协同性,培养世界知名专家,科研与训练紧密结合,突出运动成绩,建立先进、严格的管理评估机制等对策。
In Combination with the guiding principles for running a school, structure and running mechanism of physical education colleges and universities in foreign countries, the authors have made an approach of the development of physical education colleges and universities in our country in such aspects as the subject construction, mode of cultivation, management and evaluation system, etc., meanwhile raised some countermeasures, which are as follows: the subject construction should have distinguishing features, lay stress on the entire coordination of cultivation of students, cultivate the experts wellknown in the world, combine scientific research closely with training, stress sports results, set up an advanced mechanism of strict management and evaluation and so on.
