摘要
研究了微波辐射技术下,用磷钨酸H_3PW_(12)O_(40)·XH_2O作催化剂,以肉桂酸和正丙醇为原料合成肉桂酸正丙酯的方法,探讨了微波辐射功率、辐射时间、催化剂用量、酸醇比等因素对酯化反应的影响。结果表明,当微波辐射功率为320W、辐射时间为20min、肉桂酸与催化剂的比为1:0.04(物质的量比)、酸醇比为1:8(物质的量比)时,转化率达到92%。
This article studied the synthesis of n-propyl cinnamate by the reaction of cinnanic acid with n-propanol in the presence of the catalyst of phosphoungstic acid under microwave irradiation. It probed into the effect of microwave irradiation power and time, catalyst quantity, the ratio of cinnanic acid and n-propanol on the reaction. The results shows that when microwave irradiation power is 320W,the reaction time is 20min,the ratio of cinnanic acid and n-propanol, cinnanic acid and phosphoungstic acid was 1:8 mol and 1:0.04 mol respectively, the conversion rate can reach 92%.
