摘要
研究了以固体超强酸 SO2 -4/Ti O2 /La3 +为催化剂 ,苯乙酸和正丁醇为原料合成苯乙酸丁酯 ,并考察了影响反应的因素 .结果表明 ,醇酸比为 2 .0∶ 1,催化剂用量为 2 % (苯乙酸为 0 .2 m ol的情况下 ) ,带水剂甲苯为15m L,反应时间为 3.0 h是最适宜的反应条件 ,酯化率达 98.
The synthesis of butyl phenylaceate with n butanol and phenylacetic acid as reactants and rare earth solid superacid SO 2- 4/TiO 2/La 3+ as catalyst had been studied.The influent factors of reaction were investigated.The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be:weight of catalyst was 2%(weight of phenylacetic acid if 0.2 mol),the molar ratio of n butanol to phenylacetic acid was 2.0∶1,the reaction time was 3.0 h,the taking water reagent(Toluene) was 15 mL.The yield of butyl phenylaceate was about 98.5%.
