摘要
研究一种可见光/红外图像转换薄膜.从理论上分析转换薄膜工作的物理机制,并给出热传导方程的解及影响薄膜时间特性和空间分辨力的因素.提出周期结构薄膜方案,以提高转换器的空间分辨力.对薄膜型转换器进行了实验研究,实验测得的薄膜型转换器空间分辨力为6lp/mm,时间常数6ms,辐射波段8～12μm.应用该原理制作的图像转换装置得到的红外图像,可用于对红外成像仪器和设备进行性能检测和标定及红外成像仿真实验.
A technique of visible to infrared film transducer is presented. Functions of the transducer film are discussed,and solutions of the heat transfer equation given. Factors which affect the time constant and spatial resolution of the film are analyzed. A film of periodic structure is put forward to improve the spatial resolution of the film. The spectrum range, spatial resolution and time constant of the film are 8～12 μm, 6 lp/mm and 6 ms respectively. The infrared image generated with the application of this principle can be used in the simulation test of infrared image missile guidance and in measuring the uniformity and dynamic characteristics of many infrared image instruments.
