摘要
建立了一套红外场景生成装置的主要技术指标性能评测体系,给出了指标的定义,建立了指标体系的物理模型,并给出了系统评测理论和测试方法。红外场景生成装置的主要技术指标包括时间特性、空间分辨率、空间均匀性、几何畸变、动态范围、最大辐射功率密度、最小可分辨温差、串扰和辐射对比度等,并针对这些指标进行了详细分析,认为这些指标能比较全面地评价红外场景生成装置的成像质量。这些指标中又以均匀性、对比度、几何畸变和空间分辨率最为重要,应为红外图像性能评测中优先考虑的评测指标。
The performance evaluation system of main technical parameters for an infrared scene generation device was set up, the definition of evaluation parameters and physical model of parameters system were given, a systematic evaluation theory and test methods were presented. The main technical parameters of infrared scene generation device included time characteristic, spatial resolution, spatial uniformity, geometric distortion, dynamic range, maximum radiation power density, the minimum resolved temperature difference, crosstalk and radiation contrast.These parameters and corresponding test methods were introduced.And these parameters can roundly evaluate the image quality of infrared scene generation device.In these parameters, the uniformity, contrast, geometric distortion and spatial resolution are the most important for an infrared scene generation device, should be given priority.
