摘要
本文报道抗枯宁的致突变性和致畸性实验结果。结果表明,抗枯宁在Ames试验中,加和不加S_(99)A_(98)和A_(100)菌株回变菌落数均未超过自然回变菌落数的2倍,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验结果阴性;抗枯宁没有致畸胎作用。
This paper reported the results of mutagenicite and teratogenicitic tests of Kangkuning. They showed that Kangkuning did not induce positive mutations of strains (TA_(98) and TA_(100)) with or without S_9 mix in the Ames test; there was no increase of micronucleus rate of polychromatic erythrocytes in mouse marrow; It did not increase morphological abnormality rate of sperm in mice; Kangkuning did not have teratogenises.
