摘要
用pH电位滴定法测定铜与二肽[苯丙氨酰 L 亮氨酸(Phe Leu)、双甘氨肽(Gly Gly)]及6种氨基酸[甘氨酸(Gly)、丙氨酸(Ala)、缬氨酸(Val)、异亮氨酸(Ile)、亮氨酸(Leu)、苯丙氨酸(Phe)]在(NaNO3)离子强度为0.1mol/L,温度为(25.0±0.1)℃时形成三元配合物的稳定常数.从氢键、静电作用及配体间弱相互作用等方面讨论三元金属配合物的稳定性.
Potentiometric titration method was used to determine the stabilities of ternary complexes formed among Cu\+\{2+\},dipeptide(PheLeu ;GlyGly) and six amino acids(glycine, alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine) at ionic strength of 0.1 mol/L(NaNO\-3) and (25±0.1) ℃. In the view of interligand interactions including the hydrogen bond interaction, electrostatic forces interaction, aromatic ring stacking and hydrophobic interaction, the stabilities of ternary complexes were discussed.
