摘要
用pH电位滴定法测定铜与苯丙氨酰亮氨酸(PL)、甘氨酸(Gly)、丙氨酸(Ala)、缬氨酸(Val)、异亮氨酸(Ile)、亮氨酸(Leu)、苯丙氨酸(Phe)在NaNO3离子强度为0.1mol/L、(25.0±0.1)℃时形成二元配合物的稳定常数.从氢键、静电作用及配体间弱相互作用等方面讨论二元金属配合物的稳定性.并合成苯丙氨酰亮氨酸铜二元配合物的单晶,进一步证明二元金属配合物中配体间的弱相互作用.
Potentiometric titration method was used to determine the stabilities of Cu-dipeptide(amino acid) binary complexes, which were formed between Cu\+\{2+\} and dipeptide(Phe-Leu) or amino acids(glycine, alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine) at ionic strength of 0.1 mol/L(NaNO\-3) and 25 ℃.The crystal of Cu(C\-\{15\}H\-\{20\}N\-2O\-3) complex was prepared. It is found that there are intermolecular aromatic ring stacking and hydrophobic interactions in crystal cell. The intramolecular interactions between hydrophobic group and aromatic ring also exist in complex.
