摘要
介绍新研制的一种大载荷、全自动、高准确度天平静态校验台,论述了风洞天平静态校验原理、天平静态校验台的主要构成、六自由度力的测试原理和复位控制系统等。单元试验结果表明,三自由度线位移测量分辨力均可达到2μm,三自由度角位移分辨力均可达到1″,线位移的复位误差优于6μm,角位移的复位误差优于3″。
A newlydeveloped static calibration system of wind tunnel balance is introduced, which is large loaded, automatic and high accuracy. The principle of static calibrating for wind tunnel balance, the frame of the calibration system, the testing principle of sixdegreeoffreedom power and resetting control system are discussed in detail. The results of unit experiment show that the resolution of threedegreeoffreedom linear displacement is 2 μm, the resolution of threedegreeoffreedom angle is 1″, the resetting precision of linear displacement is better than 6 μm, and the resetting precision of angle is better than 3″.
