摘要
通过对板式塔流体力学性能的分析,找出了物料性质、气液负荷和塔板的主要结构参 数,如:塔径、塔板间距、堰长、孔径、开孔率等对板式塔操作性能的影响规律。可以用于指导板式塔 的优化设计、改造和操作。
Through analyzing the hydromechanics behaviour of the plate column, the relationship between material property, flow rates of gas-liquid, major structural parameter which includes column diameter, height between two plates, weir length, hole size, the rate of hole area and bubbling area etc. has been found. It also can be used to optimize the design of the plate column and operation.
