摘要
青岛石化25×104t/a半再生催化重整装置加工直馏石脑油和加氢焦化石脑油的混合物料,原料中硫、氮含量最大设计值分别为300mg/kg和2mg/kg。但受原料品种变化的影响,其硫含量通常高于400mg/kg,最高时接近900mg/kg;氮含量通常高于3mg/kg,平均为5mg/kg,最高时接近30mg/kg,导致精制后的石脑油氮含量大幅上升。为维持水氯平衡,只能采取提高注氯量操作。过多的氯会与生成的氨结合成氯化铵,在低于337.8℃时生成氯化铵盐。当氯化铵盐进入稳定塔后,会加剧塔盘堵塞,造成装置操作紊乱,无法正常生产。提出以下应对措施:通过提高汽柴油加氢装置的脱氮能力,降低加氢焦化石脑油的氮含量,改善原料油品质;通过更换新型重整预加氢催化剂,提高预加氢的脱氮能力,改善精制油品质;通过对稳定塔进行在线注水洗塔,去除塔内铵盐,恢复稳定塔的正常操作。
Sinopec Qingdao Petrochemical Company's 25×104t/a semi-regeneration catalytic reforming unit is designed to process mixture of straight run naphtha and hydrogenated coker naphtha.The designed maximum contents of sulfur and nitrogen in feedstock the sulfur content is usually higher than content is usually higher than 3mg/kg and are 300mg/kg 400mg/kg and and 2mg/kg.However,due to changes in feedstock, sometimes even approaches 900mg/kg.The nitrogen averages 5mg/kg,but once approached about 30mg/kg,resuhing in a dramatic rise in the content of nitrogen in refined naphtha.In order to maintain a water and chlorine bal- ance ,the only method that can be used is to increase injection of chlorine.Excessive chlorine will react with generated ammonia to produce ammonium chloride and further generate ammonium chloride salt at tempera- tures lower than 337.8~C.After ammonium chloride salt enters into the stabilizer,column tray clogging will in- tensify,thereby resulting in operational disorder of units and interruption of production.This article proposes the following countermeasures:Raising the denitrification capacity of gasoline and diesel fuel hydrogenation u- nits to reduce the content of nitrogen in hydrogenated coker naphtha to improve the quality of feed oil;in- troducing new type of reforming pre-hydrogenation catalysts to enhance the denitrification capacity of the pre-hydrogenation system to improve the quality of refined oil;and conducting inline water washing of the stabilizer to remove the ammonium salt inside the column to restore normal operation for the stabilizer.
