摘要
为节约资源降低成本,充分利用现有串口设备和丰富的现有的以太网资源,使测控数据能实时传送,达到对测控设备的实时测量和控制。利用芯片RTL8019AS制成基于普通单片机的廉价的网络数据传送装置,通过该装置能够直接实现单片机将带有RS-232、RS-485的测控设备变成以太网测控设备,通过互联网进行数据传送,做到对被控制设备的实时监测和控制,取得良好的效果。
In order to save resource and reduce cost and make use of existing serial device and abundant and existing Ethernet resource, the measurement and control data can transmit real time, realizing the measure ment and control of the equipment real time. Using RTL8019AS chip made-up cheap device of network data transfer which is based on the common single-chip microcomputer. The measurement and control equipment with RS-232,RS-485 interface can be capable of directly changing into Ethernet equipment by single-chip microcomputer ,thus realizing the process data transferred by internet. The device can be measured and controlled real time. The effect is good.
