摘要
研究了用流动注射氢化物原子吸收光谱法测定食品中的痕量汞。使消解后的样品溶液与硼氢化钾溶液合并反应生成蒸气态物质,在N2载气下随反应液进入气液分离器分离,并进入石英管原子化器检测。在选定了适宜的分析条件后,获得了较为满意的分析结果,相对标准偏差1.652%-3.243%,检出限为0.2μg·L-1,加标回收率在96.6%-100.2%之间。
flow injection hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometric (FI-HGAAS) method for the determination of trace amounts of Hg in food was reported in this paper. The pretreated sample solution was carried by the carrier of 2% H2SO4 and merged with KBH4 solution to produce vapor species of Hg, which was separated in gas-liquid separator and was detected in a quartz tube atomizer. The proposed method has been satisfactorily applied to the analysis of Hg in food. The relative standard deviations(RSDs) were in the range of 1.652%-3.243%. The limit of detection was found to be 0.2 mug.L-1. Recovery test performed by standard addition method gave values in the range of 96.6%-100.2%.
