摘要
传统的石油专用管材探伤主要依靠人工操作 ,完成整套工序需要大量的人力 ,且劳动强度大 ,耗能高 ,生产效率低 ,不能满足大批量管材快速探伤的要求。因此 ,开发了一种生产效率高、成本低的石油专用管材自动化生产线。采用工业计算机和PLC监控技术实现石油专用管材如套管、油管、钻杆等的高压冲洗、通内径、探伤、试水压、打字编号等工序。该生产线目前已成功应用于油田专用管材检测作业。文章阐述石油专用管材无损伤自动化生产线自控系统的设计过程 ,以及系统的组成、功能和特点。
An automatic assembly line special for nondestructive inspection of oil tubular goods is introduced. Adopted industrial computer and PLC monitoring technologies,the system can perform oil tubular goods'high pressure flushing,inner diameter accessing,defect detecting,water pressure testing,printing and numbering,and such operating sequences.
