摘要
文章系统地提出了环境信息污染的新理念,并对其污染特征及与环境污染的相关性进行了详细地阐述。文章还对现有的环境污染概念予以扩充,明确指出:环境信息污染隶属于环境污染的范畴,而环境污染应分为环境物质污染和环境信息污染两大类。
This article systematically advances a new issue about EIP, and expounds the characterstics of the pollution , and the relativity between EIP&EP in a detailed way. It also develops the definition of recent EP.and it clearly points out that EIP belongs to the field of EP, while the latter should be divided into two parts: EMP&EIP( EIP; Environment information pollution; EP;Environment pollution;EMP:Environment material pollution. )
