The article discusses the purpose and significance of constructing tests library of 'Analytical Chemistry' of environmental engineering in high vocational and polytechnic colleges. It introduces the featrues of it, emphatically analyzes its practical meaning and effects on society , and puts forward the potentially existing problems .
