摘要
使用一种新硫化剂,分别以HCl、HCOOH作酸度调节剂,考察了含钼酸根的Na_2WO_4料液中钼酸根生成硫代钼酸盐钼的硫代化率,以及硫代化料液中阴离子Cl^-、HCOO^-存在下,树脂D290、201-W对钨钼交换容量的影响。实验结果表明,使用新的硫化剂钼的硫代化率都在99%以上;Cl^-存在下,树脂201-W对WO_4^(2-)的交换容量为13.92Omg/ml湿树脂;HCOO^-存在下,树脂对WO_4^(2-)的交换容量为75.725mg/ml。
Using a new kind of sulfidizing agent, and HC1 and HCOOH as adjustment agent of pH, the yield of sulpho - complex of MoO42- in feed of Na2WO4, and the effects of this two kinds of D290 and 201 - W resins on ion - exchange capacity under existence of Cl- and HCOO ~ have been investigated. The experimental results show that the yield of sulpho - complex of MoO42- can reach over 99% , and the ion - exchange capacity of 201 - W resin on WO42- is 13.920mg/ml wet resin under existence of Cl~ : and 75.725mg/ml wet resin under existence of HCOO- .
