摘要
从网络信息资源开发与建设过程中最具能动性的因素———人才入手 ,从多个角度分析了目前人才支撑体系的现状 ,以及网络发展对人才支撑体系的要求。最后提出了建立网络信息资源建设与开发的人才支撑体系的对策。
This article discusses the condition and requirement of human resources system in network information resource development in many aspects,puts forward the suggestions to set up the system of human resource in network information resources development.
