军队基层医院信息技术聘用人员管理的难点包括:归属感不强,难以调动人员的主观能动性;继续教育制度不健全,难以提高人员的业务素质;人才结构不合理,难以确保学科持续发展。解决难点问题的对策是完善激励机制,增强聘用人员的归属感;健全继续教育制度,确保聘用人员素质的持续提高;理顺人才聘用机制,促使信息人才结构更加合理。
In military grass--roots hospitals, difficulties on management of employed information technology talents included difficult to mobilizing the subjective activity of the talents due to lack of sense of belonging, difficult to raise profession skill of the talents due to imperfect continue education system, difficult to ensure sustainable development of the subject due to irrational structure of the talents. The countermeasures included enhance the talents' sense of belonging rely on improving of incentive mechanism, ensure sustainable raising of the talentg quality rely on perfecting of continue education system, improving structure of information talents rely on coping with employed mechanism.
