摘要
目的 改进制备大鼠同种异位心脏移植模型技术 ,提高成功率 .方法 大鼠同种异位心脏移植 4 0例 ,10例采用Ono术式 ,30例采用改良术式 ,将供心右肺动脉吻合于受体下腔静脉 ,并改进围手术期处理 .结果 预实验组 12例死亡 ,实验组 2 0例均存活 ,死亡原因与手术方式及围手术期处理有关 .结论 成功制备大鼠心脏移植模型 ,良好手术技术和严格围手术期处理同等重要 .
Objective To improve technique in making heart transplantation model in rats and decrease operative mortality.Method Modified surgical technique was used in donor heart collection, that is, right pulmonary artery instead of main pulmonary artery was anastomosed to inferior vena cava. Perioperative managements were also improved.Results 40 heterotopic heart transplantations were performed. 12 recipients died. Surgical technique, anesthetic accident, hypoxia, anastomotic bleeding may account for operative mortality.Conclusion Modified surgical technique and careful perioperative managements can contribute to success in heart transplantation in rats.
