摘要
大白鼠同种异位心脏移植是研究心脏移植排斥反应的常用模型。我们用Wistar大白鼠做供体，SD大白鼠做受体，进行了腹腔内异位心脏移植。将供心主动脉、肺动脉分别与受体腹主动脉、下腔静脉进行端侧吻合。用腹部触诊、心电图判断心脏移植是否成功。供心总缺血时间平均35min。手术成功率89．83％。
Heterotopic allotopic transplantation in rats is a preferable model in the study of immunologic rejection after heart transplantation. In this report, abdominal heterotopic heart transplantation was performed hetween Wistar donor and SD recipient.The donor's aorta, and pulmonary artery were anastomosed to recipcent's abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava respectively by end-to-side anastomoses. Outcome were evaluated by abdominal palpahon together with electronic cardiography .Total ischemia time for donor heart was 35 minutes in average. 89. 83% operations were evidenced to be successful.
