齐酞酸钠对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 观察齐酞酸钠 (OAPES)对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的影响。方法 制备BCG +LPS引起的小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型 ,取血清测定ALT ,AST活性 ,测定肝脏、脾脏、胸腺重量指数 ,并进行肝脏病理组织检查。结果 OAPES 5 0 ,10 0mg·kg-1(ig) ,连用 6d ,可显著抑制免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT ,AST活性 ,减轻肝细胞损伤 ,使其接近正常状态 ;并可减轻增大的肝脏 ,脾脏重量指数 ,同时又可对抗胸腺的萎缩。结论 OAPES对小鼠免疫性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。 OBJECTIVE: To study the protective effect of oleanolic acid 3β-phthalic monoester disodium (OAPES) on immunological liver injury in mice. METHODS: Bacillus calmette-guerin and lipopolysaccharides were used to induce immunological liver injury in mice. The activities of serum ALT and AST, and the weighing index of liver, spleen and thymus were tested, respectively. The histopathologic change in the liver of mice was observed. RESULTS: OAPES at the doses of 50, 100 mg&middotkg-1&middotd-1(ig), consecutively for 6 days, significantly inhibited the increase of activities of serum ALT and AST, mitigated the injure of hepatic cell to the point of nearby normality, decreased the enlarged spleen index and antagonized the atrophy of the thymus in mice at the same time. CONCLUSION: The results indicated that OAPES had evident protective effects against immunological liver injury induced by BCG and LPS in mice.
