摘要
目的研究肝得安对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法将60只小鼠随机分成6组(每组10只),分别是空白对照组,模型对照组和阳性药对照组、肝得安高(6g/kg)、中(3g/kg)、低(1.5g/kg)剂量组。结果肝得安可明显降低上述急性肝损伤模型小鼠血清ALT、AST活性及肝组织中MDA的含量,同时增高肝SOD的活性,且能改善肝脏病理损伤。结论肝得安对小鼠实验性肝损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Gandean against experimental liver injury. Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into six groups( n = 10) :normal control group ,model control group, positive control group and three treatment groups with Gandean 6,3,1.5 g/kg. The activities of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspar tate aminotransferase (AST) and the activity of liver superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,malondialdehyde(MDA) were determined in injured liver induced by carbon tetrachl - oride ( CCl4 ), D - Galactosamine ( D - Gal), alcohol or acetaminophen ( AP), and the pathological change of liver tissue was observed. Results The activities of ALT , AST in serum and the content of liver MDA were significantly lowered, and the activity of liver SOD was increased obviously in liver induced by CCl4, D - Gal, alcohol or AP after Gandean was given orally. Histological results displayed that Gandean improved liver injury. Conclusion Gandean has protective effect against experimental liver injury.
