摘要
目的 观察中西医结合治疗中晚期食管、贲门癌的疗效。方法 采用中医中药及辅助化疗。治疗经临床及病理证实的中、晚期食管、贲门癌 34例 (Ⅱ期 11例 ,Ⅲ期 13例 ,Ⅳ 10例 )。结果 总有效率 82 .3% ,19例病灶消失 ,生存 2～ 5年以上。结论 合理设计的中西医结合方法能提高对中晚期食管、贲门癌的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of integrated traditional and western medicine in treating middle and advanced stages of esophageal and gastric-cardiac carcinoma. Methods Use the integrated traditional and adjuvant western chemotherapy to treat 34 cases of Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ stages of esophageal and gastric-cardiac carcinoma. The names and doses of Chinese traditional drugs and the designs of chemotherapeutic drugs were listed and the therapeutic effects were analyzed. Results The overall response rates were 82.3% (CR, 19 cases; PR, 9 cases) and the 19 cases (55.9%) survived over 2-5 years. Conclusion Rationally and meticulously designed the integrated traditional and western medical treatment can improve the therapeutic effects of middle and advanced stages of esophageal and gastric-cardiac cancer.
