摘要
目的 探讨食管癌患者术后中西医综合治疗的生存率和生活质量。方法 将食管癌术后病人随机分成中药 +化疗治疗组和单纯化疗对照组。结果 治疗组 35例 1、3、5年生存率分别为 75 .38%、37.71%和 30 .86 % ;对照组 33例 1、3、5年生存率分别为 4 7.96 %、2 2 .2 7%和 0 ;两组生存率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;中位生存期治疗组为 36个月 ,对照组为 16个月 ,中西医结合组患者生存质量和免疫状况均明显改善。结论 食管癌术后中西医综合治疗可以提高生存率和生存质量 ,是一个值得推广的方法。
Objective Evaluating the survival rate as well as the quality of life of patients with thoracic esophageal carcinoma using postoperative chemotherapy combined with traditional chinese medicine (TCM). Methods 68 patients of thoracic esophageal carcinoma treated randomly with chemotherapy or chemotherapy combined with TCM. Results 35 cases treated with chemotherapy combined with TCM, 1-year, 3-year and 5-year survival rate were 75.38%, 37.71% and 30.86% respectively, while 33 cases treated with chemotherapy only, 1-year, 3-year and 5-year survival rate were 47.96%, 22.27% and 0% respectively. The better quality of life and improved Immune level appeared in the group of chemotherapy combined with TCM. Conclusion Postoperative chemotherapy combined with TCM for thoracic esophageal carcinoma is a beneficial therapeusis that helps to improve survival rates and quality of life.
