摘要
利用前文制备获得的特异性抗罂粟碱 (Pap)免疫球蛋白 (抗体 ) [1] 和罂粟碱 -辣根过氧化物酶 (Pap -HRP)结合物 (酶标抗原 ) [2 ] ,进行ELISA检测Pap的方法学研究。本方法学研究已达到以下主要技术指标 :检测限 0 .1μg/kg ,检测范围 0 .1μg/kg～ 2 0 μg/kg ,样品回收率 >80 % ,检测时间≤ 2h。
This paper detailed the method research of EIA for papaverine by using of the papaverine antibody and the conjugation of papaverine-HRP prepared in the former paper. The results showed:determine limt is 0.1μg/kg,determine range is 0.1μg/kg～20μg/kg ,reclaim rate of sample >80%,determine time ≤2 hours.
