摘要
测定了美国Georgia地区168名健康居民的血浆抗氧化剂,以观察其和血压的关系。结果表明,血浆抗坏血酸水平与收缩压(SBP)的γ=-0.17,(P<0.03)和舒张压(DBP)的γ=-0.20,(P<0.01),均呈显著负相关。SBP和DBP对抗坏血酸水平的回归方程分别是SBP=-0.011C+15.47,DBP=-0.010C+10.13,高水平抗坏血酸组与低水平抗坏血酸组比较,其平均SBP为14.40±0.27,15.07±0.27kPa,DBP为9.20±0.13,9.87±0.27kPa,差异有显著性,(P<0.05)。25人血液白细胞(WBC)的抗坏血酸浓度与血浆浓度呈正相关,但与血压无相关。血浆硒,α-生育酚和牛磺酸与血压无显著性相关。
This study relating antioxidant status and blood pressure(BP) included 168 healthy residents of Augusta,Georgia following their usual diet,the 60 men and 108 women,141 white and 27 black,ranged in age from 19 to 70 years(x+Sx,37±1).Blood pressure ranges were systolic(S)11.20-20.27, mean 14.93±0.13 kPa,and diastolic(D)6.93-12.80,mean 9.60±0.13kPa.Plasma levels of ascorbic acid were significantly inversely related to SBP(r=0.17,P<0.03)and DBP(r=-0.20,P<0.01).The regression equation for SBP vs ascorbic acid level was=-0.011C+15.17 and for DBP=-0.010C+10.13.Highest and lowest quintiles of plasma ascorbic acid differed significantly
in mean SBP(14.40±0.27,15.07±0.27kPa)and DBP(9.20±0.13,9.87±0.27kPa)。Plasma ascorbic acid level were significantly lower in the smokers and were inversely related to body fat distribution.White blood cell ascorbic acid values in 25 subjects correlated with plasma ascorbic acid levels,but did not relate to BP.Plasma Se,α-tocopherol,retinol and taurine level showed no significant relations to BP.Measurements arc related significantly to SBP and DBP included body mass index,body fat distribution,piasma cholesterol,LDL cholesterol and triglycerides.
