摘要
研究了CCl_4致慢性中毒性肝炎动物模型肝细胞超微结构的变化。结果显示,CCl_4可致肝细胞严重损伤,出现线粒体、内质网等细胞器肿胀、破裂。用甲状腺片1.2μg/(g·d)治疗6周,损伤的肝细胞有明显恢复;并观察了甲状腺片治疗组小鼠脾脏NK细胞杀伤Hepa肝癌细胞的作用及形态特点,进一步证实甲状腺素有增强机体非特异免疫的作用。
An evident ultrastructural change in liver cells of chronic toxic hepatitis caused by CCl_4 in BALB/c mice has been observed under the electromicroscope.The mice were given 25% CCl_4 0.25μl/g for four weeks.
The result showed that there was a critical damage in the organelle,espe-cially in mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum of the liver cells.The injrued-cell structure can be significantly impaired after-given 1.2μl/(g·d)thyroxin for six weeks.The morphological characteristics and the effect fashion that the thyroxin treated natural killer(NK)cells kill the
Hepa-cancer cells were observed as well.The result confirmed that the thyroxin can enhance the immune effect nonspecifically.
