摘要
目的 定量研究正常成人脑组织内不同解剖部位的平均表观弥散系数 (ADCav)值。方法 2 4例MR检查正常的健康志愿者 ,行弥散加权成像 ,在ADCav图上测量脑内不同部位的ADCav值。结果 正常成人ADCav值分别是 :侧脑室体部脑脊液 ( 2 .86± 0 .3 )× 10 -3 mm2 /s ,皮层灰质 ( 0 .85± 0 .0 2 )× 10 -3 mm2 /s ,皮层白质 ( 0 .71± 0 .0 2 )× 10 -3 mm2 /s ;尾状核头部 ( 0 .75± 0 .0 2 )× 10 -3 mm2 /s ,豆状核 ( 0 .72± 0 .0 2 )× 10 -3 mm2 /s ,丘脑 ( 0 .74± 0 .0 2 )× 10 -3 mm2 /s ;内囊后肢 ( 0 .69± 0 .0 2 )× 10 -3 mm2 /s ,半卵圆中心 ( 0 .72± 0 .0 2 )× 10 -3 mm2 /s ,胼胝体膝部 ( 0 .76± 0 .0 2 )× 10 -3 mm2 /s ,胼胝体压部 ( 0 .77± 0 .0 2 )× 10 -3 mm2 /s ;两侧大脑半球之间无显著性差异。结论 通过定量测量脑内ADCav值 ,获得成年国人的ADCav正常值 ,为鉴别病理改变提供基础对照。
Objective To quantify the average values of the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADCav) in the various regions of normal human brain. Methods Twenty four volunteers with normal MR images were selected. Diffusion weighted MR imaging (DWI) was performed with diffusion gradients applied in three orthogonal directions. For each patient, ADCav were calculated on diffusion weighted images and compared between various regions. Results The ADCav values of ventricles, gray matter, white matter, caudate nucleus, lentiform nucleus, thalamus, posterior limb of internal capsule, centrum semiovale, and corpus callosum were (2.86±0.3)×10 -3 mm 2/s, (0.85±0.02)×10 -3 mm 2/s, (0.71±0.02)×10 -3 mm 2/s, (0.75±0.02)×10 -3 mm 2/s, (0.72±0.02)×10 -3 mm 2/s, (0.74±0.02)×10 -3 mm 2/s, (0.69±0.02)×10 -3 mm 2/s, (0.72±0.02)×10 -3 mm 2/s, (0.76±0.02)×10 -3 mm 2/s, (0.77±0.02)×10 -3 mm 2/s respectively. No difference of ADCav was observed between the hemispheres. Conclusion The normal ADC value measured quantitatively in Chinese brain provides basic reference for differential diagnosis of pathologic changes.
