摘要
为探讨同种异体半关节移植术后的远期疗效,作者对接受异体半关节移植术5年以上的36例进行了随访,优良率86.2%,远期疗效满意。
In order to find the long-term follow up result patients with allograft of hemijoint were followed up at least five years after operation.The investigation items include general condition,function of grafting joint,X-ray check,biopsy and bone scanning.The result indicates that there is no recurrence of tumor.The knitting and the function of grafting joint are ex-cellent in most cases.The rate of good and excellent is about 83.8%,showing satisfacting result of allograft of hemijoint.
