摘要
介绍了利用232Th、40K混合体标准源直接消除γ能谱中232Th对40K干扰的一种方法,并与拟合效率刻度曲线法进行了比较,对于232Th两者分析结果相对误差小于3%,对于40K则小于1%。该方法的优点是:在不需要对γ谱仪系统进行效率刻度的情况下,即可求出系统对40K的绝对探测效率,并能消除232Th对40K的干扰。
This paper introduces a method which can eliminate the interference of 232Th to 40K directly in the y energy spectra by using a standard mixed source of 232Th and 40K. The comparison between this method and the efficiency curve method indicates that the relative deviation is less than 3% for 232Th and less than 1% for 40K. The advantage of this method is that the detecting efficiency of 40K can be determined, and the interference of 232Th to 40K can be eliminated without knowing the efficiency calibration curve of the detecting system.
