摘要
介绍了一种利用γ射线穿过介质后强度衰减的规律在线测量原油含水率的仪表。给出了仪表的结构、工作原理、新的温度补偿模型、主要技术指标及现场测试数据。本仪表把单片机部分与探测器做成一体,使用方便。现已在大庆油田应用多台。
A meter for measuring water ratio in petroleum at Worksite 18 described, Which is on the principle of attenuation law of γ-ray intensity in material. Principle, instrument, model of temperature compensation, main technological parameters, and a measurement record at worksite are introduced. Having integrated the detector with a single chip micro controller the meter can output industrial standard signals of 4-20mA, and be used conveniently. At present 18 meters have been applied in Daqing oil field.
