摘要
利用被测介质的密度和组分不同对低能光子的吸收程度不同来测量含水含气原油的平均密度和含水率,其测量精度不受油水混合状态、含气量及油品性质的影响,含水率测量范围为0—100%,用^(241)Am源照射圆锥银片获得实用的光子源,正确地处理γ射线的逃逸峰.采用新推出的计算公式进行运算.使含水率测量的标准误差≤1.%
Using the analyzer the average density and water percent of water-cut, gas-cut oil can be measured based on different absorption degrees of low energy photons for the media with various density and composition. The measurement accuracy is not influenced by the mixing state of oil and water, the gas content and the properties of oil. The measurement range of water percent is 0-100%. An 241Am source is used to irradiate the coned silver sheet to form a realistic photon source. The escape peak of 50 keV gamma rays is correctly dealt with and a newly derived equation is utilized to make calculations, thus the standard error of water percentage measurement is reduced to equal or less than 1.1%.
