摘要
企业家人力资本的产权特征决定了对经营者激励性制度安排的基础必须是以剩余索取权来激励企业经营者。股票期权是人力资本产权化的有效实现形式。
The characters of entrepreneur manpower capital right decide the base of the stimulating system arranged for the operators. We must stimulate the operators by using the claim to firm's residue. The stock anticipated right is effective approach to realizing property right of manpower capital. Some external conditions must be created and some feasible measures must be used to perfect the stock anticipated right system.
