摘要
在目前新的经济技术条件下,企业家人力资本已成为企业发展最重要的要素之一。本文讨论了通过企业内部和外部的制度安排,完善企业家人力资本的激励与约束机制,使企业家人力资本在产权制度以及在企业的控制权和剩余索取权的分配上获得一定的满足,从而实现企业家和企业利益的最大化。
Under the conditions of present economy and technology, enterpriser human capital has become one of the most important essentials in the development of enterprises.
This thesis maily deals with, by arrangemtne of internal and external systems of enterprises, how to perfect the stimulation and restraint mechanisms of enterpriser human capital and how to make enterpriser human capital get its satisfaction in property right system,enterprise control right and allotment of leftover claim right and enterprise benefits could be reached.
