摘要
国有企业组织模式的探索研究 ,是国内管理理论发展的一个前沿问题。本文从企业与环境的互动角度以及企业文化、企业组织模式等方面阐述了在知识经济下企业所面临的机遇和挑战 。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the globalization of economy and heated competition, it's obvious that the survival environment of enterprises has changed so greatly that mode of organization and administration could not adapt to new situation. On the basis of studying and using all kinds of new organizational modes for reference and in combination with China's actual conditions, the author clarified the organization administration reforms of State-owned Enterprises, hoping that the study in this paper can give enterprises of china some enlightenment and help for finding out an organizational administration mode which fits the actual conditions in China.
