摘要
数据仓库项目涉及范围广、开发周期长,这会导致实施的效果不理想甚至造成项目的失败。文章采用系统动力学的方法研究数据仓库的项目管理,提出了数据仓库项目管理的系统动力学模型。
Data warehouse project may involve vast scope and need long development cycles. All these have made many projects tailed. This paper adopts the method of system dynamics to cope with the problems in data warehouse project, and puts forward the conceptual model.
