摘要
系统分析了华东地区煤炭应急储备密切相关的区域煤炭生产与消费、区域工业发展水平、区域运力与煤炭运力、煤炭储备的相关成本、区域环境等多方面的影响因素及其因果关系;进一步构建了华东地区煤炭应急储备的系统动力学模型,并结合华东地区相关数据的分析,给出了华东地区煤炭储备相关影响因素变量之间的数学与逻辑关系及初值;在此基础上,针对不同储备规模,对华东地区煤炭应急储备的轮库进行了动力学仿真及分析。结果表明,该模型能够较好的反应华东地区煤炭应急储备的动态轮库行为。
The influence factors and causalities in East China coal emergency reserve, such as regional coal production and consumption, regional industry level regional transportation capacity and coal transportation capacity, related cost of coal reserve, regional environment, were systematic analyzed. And then, a coal emergency reserve system dynamics model for East China was developed. With the analyzing of relevant data in East China, the influence factors" mathematical or logical relationship and the initial value in East China were given. At last, the rotating of coal emergency reserve under different scales were simulated and analyzed. The result shows that the model is perfectly able to simulate the dynamic rotating behavior patterns of East China coal emergency reserve.
