摘要
案例教学是贯彻理论联系实际教学原则的重要途径和方式,法学作为具有高度实践性的学科,在教学中当然需要通过案例教学来实现法学教学的目的和任务,提高学生素质和培养学生法学应用能力。案例教学与国外的判例教学有区别,要坚持科学性与合理性、现实性、综合性的原则,要围绕课堂教学的环节有计划、有组织地实施。
The case of teaching is very important way to get combining the theory and practice of the teaching principle.The law is a strong practical subject.It must to use the case of teaching in the classroom to get goals and tasks of the legal education,improve the quality and capability of law students.The case of teaching is different from foreign the case method teaching.We must persist in principles in the case of teaching,including science and fitness.and present,comprehensiveness.Carrying through it need to be plan and organization round the phase of classroom.
