摘要
研究了三元硼化物基金属陶瓷A1和A2在10%H2SO4中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,该金属陶瓷在10%H2SO4中的耐腐蚀性能远远好于Q235A、45和T10等钢。三元硼化物基金属陶瓷中由于含有铬和镍,所以其耐腐蚀性能得到了提高。另外,三元硼化物基金属陶瓷中硬质相的体积分数也对其耐腐蚀性能影响很大,硬质相的体积分数越高,其耐腐蚀性能越好。
Corrosion resistant performance of ternary boride based cermets (TBBC) A1 and A2 in 10%H2SO4 solution have been studied. The results indicate that corrosion resistant performance of these cermets is much better than that of steels Q235A, 45 and T10. The improvement of corrosion resistant performance of these cermets is due to the elements Cr and Ni in these cermets. Corrosion resistant performance is also influenced by the volume percentage of hard phase in the cermet. Corrosion resistant performance is improved with increasing the percentage of hard phase in the cermet.
