摘要
介绍了热喷涂抗磨损涂层、热喷涂粉末、热喷涂装备及工艺过程控制、模拟、监测和诊断的新进展,分析了热喷涂涂层的选择方法和应用领域。详细介绍了新型G-G等离子喷涂技术及几种G-G抗磨损保护涂层在航空航天和其它工业中的应用。
The advances in thermal-spraying (TS) wear-resistant coatings, TSpowders and TS equipments are introduced in this paper. The developments on controlment, imitation,monitoring and diagnosis of TS process are also presented. The elective method and applied fields of TS coatings are analysed. Finally,new type plasma spraying technique and-application of some coatings in aerospace and other industries are introduced.
