摘要
介绍了微型剪切试验的性能参数,阐述了微型剪切试验与拉伸试验、断裂力学试验之间的关系,重点研究了用性能梯度曲线评定异种钢焊接接头的性能。结果表明,性能梯度曲线能定量、连续地描述焊接接头各区力学性能值及其变化规律,特别是焊缝区金属性能值的变化。微型剪切试验为异种钢焊接工艺的评定提供了一个有效的新方法。
The characteristic values of micro shear test, correlations among the micro shear test, tensile test and fracture mechanic test were described. The mechanical properties of welded joint of the dissimilar steels were studied with the property gradient curve. The results showed that the property gradient curve could quantitatively and continually indicate the mechanical properties and their change regulation in different zones of welded joint, especially change of mechanical properties in weld metal. The micro shear test could give a new way to evaluate the welding technology of dissimilar steels.
