摘要
本文研究了不同焊接工艺对 A3钢与1cr18Ni9Ti 钢焊接接头的组织与性能的影响。并指出采用小电流(低的线能量),不预热(层间温度小于150℃)、多层焊和较高的铬含量的焊条材料,可以减少近 A3钢侧(A+M)区宽度,得到5%左右δ-铁素体和奥氏体的双相焊缝组织,从而提高焊缝的抗热裂性能和接头的冷弯性能。
The effect of the different welding procedures on the structures and properties of A3 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel welding is discussed.The paper points out that the width of(A+M)zone nearby A3 steel is reduced and the double-phase welding structure of 5% δ-ferrite plus austenite is obtained by using lower linear energy,multilayer welding (without pre-heating)and higher-chromium welding material,which results in the increase in heat-cracking resistence and cold bending property of the welding.
