化学镀碳纤维增强镁铝尖晶石基复合材料的研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过化学镀方法,在碳纤维表面分别镀上Ni、Cu和Cu+Ni镀层,然后与镁铝尖晶石陶瓷复合,制备表面改性碳纤维增强镁铝尖晶石基复合材料,研究各种碳纤维的含量对复合材料性能的影响规律。结果表明,表面改性碳纤维可以进一步提高材料性能,尤其是铜镍复合镀碳纤维的效果更好,其抗弯强度可达基体抗弯强度的2.19倍,断裂韧度可达基体断裂韧度的2.84倍,复合材料的线收缩率和孔隙率变化不大。 The spinel matrix composites reinforced by surface modified carbon fibers were prepared, and the carbon fiber was coated with Ni,Cu and Cu+Ni by electroless plating process. The effects of content of various carbon fibers on bending strength, fracture toughness, dimension shrinkage and porosity of the composites were investigated. The results show that the surface modified carbon fibers, particularly the Cu+Ni plated one can improve the properties of the composites remarkably, the bending strength and fracture toughness of the composites are 2.19 and 2.84 times as high as that of the matrix respectively and the dimension shrinkage and porosity of the composites change marginally as compared with the matrix.
